Q I have a dark place at night. Can I have a new security light installed?

A If you wish to install a new security light, please organize it within each residents'association, prioritize it, and apply by conducting a security light request survey (conducted around July every year) by the residents' association. In Yamato City, in response to a request from the Autonomous Federation, we will carry out a field survey and carry out installation work within the budget based on the installation standards.

Q I have witnessed a resource take-away criminal. Who should I contact?

Call A 110 or contact the Resource Recycling Section of the Collection Operations Division of the Environmental Management Center (TEL: 269-7343). We will ask you about the criminal and car information, and the quantity of things taken away. Please refrain from calling out to the criminal as there is a risk of being threatened.

Q What should I do if the signboard of the recycling station is old and I want to replace it?

A New items are handed over at the Collection Operations Division of the Environmental Management Center.

Q What should I do if the garbage is dumped at the recycling station?

A. If any waste other than resources or items that violate the rules such as sorting are sent to the recycling station, basically a warning sticker will be attached and the waste will be collected after enlightenment for a certain period of time. If it is not collected or if you think it is better to collect it immediately, please contact the Resource Recycling Section, Collection Operations Division, Environmental Management Center (TEL: 269-7343). In that case, we will ask you about the name of the residents' association, the recycling station number, the goods, and the period of stay.

Q A large amount of garbage is generated at local festivals. What should i do?

A. For festival garbage, separate "burnable garbage" and "non-burnable garbage" and put them in a paid business garbage bag. Please be sure to contact the Collection Section, Collection Operations Division, Environmental Management Center (TEL: 269-1511) in advance as we will check the date and place of delivery and adjust the collection date.

Q Can I get a sign to prevent littering and illegal dumping?

A It is distributed at the Living Environment Conservation Section (4th floor of the city hall).

Q I have run out of volunteer bags. Can I get one?

A It is distributed at the Living Environment Conservation Section (4th floor of City Hall) and the Collection Operations Section (Environmental Management Center).

Q Where can I get a garbage calendar?

It is distributed at A Environmental Management Center, Environmental General Affairs Division (4th floor of City Hall), and each liaison office.

Q What should I do to treat the ash of Dondoyaki?

A Ash cannot be disposed of in the city like soil and stones. Ask a professional vendor for processing.

4. Thing about park

Q Is it possible to use the park to hold events such as summer festivals?

A If you submit the "Application for Park Facility Use, etc." to the Park Management Office, it is possible to give permission for installation after considering it. However, there are requirements for installation, so please contact the park management office for details.

5. Thing about road and tree, lighting on road

Q There are cracks and depressions on the road. Can you fix them?

In the case of roads managed by City A, the Civil Engineering Management Division Maintenance and Repair Section (TEL: 260-5412) will handle it.

Q There are trees in private houses on the road, which hinders passage. Can the city handle this?

A. The trees in the private land are managed by the owner. Therefore, the trees appearing on the road are illegally occupied, and the Civil Engineering Management Division License (TEL: 260-5404) contacts the owner and instructs them to take appropriate measures.

Q Who should I contact if a tree on the road is broken and dangerous?

Q. The street lights (road lights) are not lit, so who should I contact?

6. Other

Q If the officers of the residents' association collect donations for the festival, can politicians also make donations?

A: This is a prohibited donation and cannot be requested from politicians.

Q I'm having trouble with an unoccupied house or a garbage mansion. Where should I consult?

Q Is it possible to have the financial leaflets affixed to the guardrail and the customs signboards attached to the telephone poles removed?
