Article 1 This association is called the Minamirinkan Southwest Autonomous Society Voluntary Disaster Prevention Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Main Association"), and its headquarters is located at the Minamirinkan Southwest Autonomous Hall.

(Purpose)

Article 2 The purpose of this association is to prevent and mitigate damage caused by earthquakes and other disasters (hereinafter referred to as "earthquakes, etc.") by conducting voluntary disaster prevention activities based on the spirit of the residents' neighbors. To do.

(business)

Article 3 In order to achieve the purpose of the preceding article, we will carry out the following business.

(1) Thing about dissemination and enlightenment of disaster prevention knowledge.

(2) Thing about grasp of disaster risk of area to contribute to disaster prevention against earthquakes.

(3) Thing about conduct of disaster prevention drill.

(4) Thing about emergency measures such as collection and transmission of information in the event of an earthquake, initial fire extinguishing, rescue and rescue, evacuation guidance, school lunch and water supply.

(5) Thing about systematic maintenance, stockpiling of disaster prevention materials and equipment.

(6) Other matters necessary to achieve the purpose of the Society.

(Member)

Article 4 The Society shall consist of households that are members of the Minamirinkan Southwest Residents'Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Residents' Association").

(Executive)

Article 5 The following officers shall be appointed to the Society.

(1) One chairman

(2) 4 Vice Chairmen

(3) District manager 1 person (each district)

2 The chairman, vice-chairman and district chief shall be assigned by the chairman, vice-chairman and district chief of the residents' association.

3. The term of office of officers shall be the term of office of residents' association officers specified in the preceding paragraph.

(Duties of officers)

Article 6 The chairman shall represent the Society, supervise the affairs of the Society, and direct emergency activities in the event of an earthquake or the like.

2. The vice-chairman assists the chairman and performs his duties when the chairman has an accident.

3 The district chief supervises disaster prevention activities in the district and directs the activities of each group.

Article 7 An advisor or advisor may be assigned to the Society.

(Meeting)

Article 8 A general meeting and a board of directors shall be established in the Society.

2. The holding of the general meeting and the board of directors shall be replaced by the holding of the general meeting of the residents' association and the board of directors.

3 The General Assembly deliberates on the following matters.

(1) Thing about revision of agreement

(2) Thing about making and revision of disaster prevention plan

(3) Thing about business plan

(4) Thing about budget and settlement of accounts

(5) Other things that we deem particularly necessary

4 The board of directors deliberates and executes the following matters.

(1) Matters to be submitted to the general meeting (2) Matters decided at the general meeting (3) Other things deemed particularly necessary

(Group and organization)

Article 9 The general affairs group will be set up as the secretariat of the association, and will be composed of the directors of each department of the residents' association, the members of the disaster prevention group of the general affairs department, and other members.

2 The following groups will be set up in each district of the association, and will be organized by the deputy district director of the residents' association, members of each department, and other members.

(1) Information group (collection and transmission of disaster information, etc.)

(2) Fire extinguishing team (initial fire extinguishing activities, etc.)

(3) Rescue and rescue team (rescue of injured people, first aid, etc.)

(4) Evacuation guidance group (evacuation guidance, support for people requiring assistance, etc.)

(5) School lunch and water supply group (procurement of supplies, soup kitchen, etc.)

3. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding two paragraphs, if the chairman deems it necessary for the time being, a group may be formed by members selected by open recruitment, etc. without considering each part of the residents' association. However, even in this case, the members of the disaster prevention group of the general affairs department of the residents' association shall be elected as members of the general affairs group.

4 The group leader and deputy group leader of each group are appointed by the chairman from among the group members.

(Disaster prevention plan)

Article 10 The Society shall prepare a disaster prevention plan for implementing the business stipulated in Article 3.

(Membership fee, etc.)

Article 11 The membership fee and expenses required for the operation of the association shall be allocated by the residents' association fee and other income.

(Other)

Article 12 Matters not stipulated in this agreement shall be discussed and determined by the board of directors.

Supplementary Provisions This agreement will come into effect on April 19, 2015.
