Vehicle management and driver service regulations

(Purpose of use)
Article 1 The use of vehicles shall be used for activities such as residents' association business.

Article 3 When driving a vehicle, we must comply with traffic regulations, respect human life and put traffic safety first.

(Accident and violation handling)
Article 5 In the unlikely event that an accident occurs during operation, the following measures will be taken.
(1) Immediately notify the police station in charge.
(2) In the case of a life-threatening accident, rescue the victim.
(3) In addition, after processing on a case-by-case basis, report the situation to the administrator and also to the insurance company.
Article 6 The manager who receives the report of Articles 4 and 5 will take the prescribed procedure and handle and process it. However, if you try to do something other than the purposes of Articles 1 and 2 above, you will not be held responsible as an administrator.

Article 7 When a driver causes a traffic accident, report the situation to the administrator. However, as a general rule, penalties will be borne by the driver.
