Southwestern Neighborhood Association Organization Chart
The Southwestern Neighborhood Association consists of seven districts from District 1 to District 7, and each district is composed of multiple groups.
In addition, there are five departments, the General Affairs Department, the Environment Department, the Welfare Department, the Education and Physical Education Department, and the Security and Transportation Department, and the Blue Security Patrol Corps, and the leaders of each district are active as club members.

[General Affairs Department]
・ Maintenance of member list
・ Support for general meetings and other meetings
[Environment Department]
・ Implementation of cityscape cleaning (last Sunday of every month, third Sunday in December)
・ Promotion of separate collection of resource recycling and maintenance of recycling stations, etc.
[Welfare Department]
・ Support for people requiring evacuation behavior
・ Presenting Respect for the Aged Gifts (households over 75 years old), etc.
[Bunkyo Physical Education Department]
・ Participation in boys and girls sports recreation competition
・ Planning and holding of recreational projects such as pottery classes
[Security Traffic Department]
・ Implementation of regular crime prevention patrols (when children go to and leave school, at night), etc.
[Blue Security Patrol Corps]
・ Intra-regional patrols by vehicles equipped with blue security lights, etc.
Participation is basically once a month four times a week (once in the day and three times in the evening)
