Regulations on district and department establishment and membership fees

Chapter 1 General Provisions Article 1 This provision stipulates the division of districts, the organization of organizations and departments, the affairs, activities, and membership fees in accordance with Articles 3 and 4 and 6 of the Neighborhood Association Regulations.

Chapter 2 Divisions and Organizations Article 2 The areas of the Society are divided into the following districts and are shown in the attached drawings.
1st district 2nd district 3rd district 4th district 5th district 6th district 7th district.
Article 3 Each district shall have a district chief and a deputy district chief (up to 3 people).
2 Each group has one group leader and one deputy group leader.

Chapter 3 Organization, Business , Meetings, Activities, etc. of Departments Article 4 The following departments are set up to carry out various businesses.
General Affairs Department ② Environment Department ③ Welfare Department ④ Education and Physical Education Department ⑤ Crime Prevention and Transportation Department

⑥ Blue Security Patrol Corps Article 5 A general manager and deputy general manager (up to 3 people) will be assigned to each department. However, in the blue crime prevention patrol unit, "captain and deputy captain" shall be read as "captain and deputy captain."
Article 6 The affairs and activities of the department are defined as follows.
(1) Preparation / update of member list of General Affairs Department , preparation / storage of minutes of meetings, homepage, and other matters related to general affairs that do not belong to each subcommittee.
(2) Environment Department Management of garbage collection points, new construction, abolition, promotion of recycling and collection business , measures to prevent illegal dumping, distribution of garbage bags, and other matters belonging to the environment.
Welfare Department Matters concerning the improvement of the welfare of members.
④ Education and Physical Education Department Matters concerning the improvement of cultural education and physical education and matters concerning the promotion and dissemination of sports.
⑤ Crime Prevention and Transportation Department Traffic safety measures, maintenance of crime prevention lights, fire theft prevention measures, disaster relief measures and other necessary matters.

⑥ Blue crime prevention patrol corps Security patrol by vehicles equipped with blue beacons and other matters related to crime prevention.

Chapter 4 Membership Fee Article 7 The membership fee of the Society shall be 250 yen per household per month.
Article 8 Membership fee collection and refund methods are based on the "Group Leader's Guide".

Chapter 5 Miscellaneous Provisions Article 9 This provision shall be deliberated and decided by the board of directors and reported to the general meeting.

<Supplementary Provisions>

1 This provision (revision) will come into effect on April 15, 2019.
