Article 2 The types of condolence money are as follows.

Article 3 A person who intends to receive the condolence money stipulated in Article 2 must apply for payment by the prescribed method within one year from the date of the event.
(Birth congratulations)
Article 4 When a member gives birth to a child, a childbirth congratulatory gift of 5,000 yen will be paid.
(Condolence money)
Article 5 When a member dies, a condolence money of 5,000 yen will be paid.
(Disaster condolence money)
Article 6 When a member is affected by a natural disaster or other disaster, a disaster condolence money may be paid to the member. The appropriateness of the disaster relief payment and the amount of the disaster relief payment when it is paid will be decided through discussions at the board of directors.
(Handling of obituary)
Article 7 The district chief circulates the obituary to each group in the district with the consent of the bereaved family and posts it on the bulletin board of the district.
(Self-restraint)
Article 8 Condolence money under these regulations shall not be returned in cash or goods.
(Other)
Article 9 Necessary matters other than those stipulated in these regulations shall be discussed and decided by the board of directors.
Supplementary Provision 1 This regulation was promulgated on April 1, 2018. It will be revised again and will come into effect from August 1, 2018.
Minamirinkan Seinan Residents' Association Retirement Condolence Money, Condolence Money and Injury and Sickness Condolence Money Regulations
(Purpose)
Article 1 These regulations apply to the officers stipulated in Article 9, Paragraph 1 of the Minamirinkan Southwest Neighborhood Association Regulations, the members stipulated in Paragraph 2 of the same Article (excluding representatives; hereinafter referred to as "executives, etc.") and the group leader. Provision of retirement allowance, condolence allowance and sickness condolence allowance will be stipulated.
(Retirement bonus)
Article 2 When an officer, etc. or a group leader retires, a retirement allowance will be paid as follows.
(1) Officer 10,000 yen when retiring after working for more than 2 years
(2) Committee member 5,000 yen when retiring after working for more than 2 years
(3) Officer selection committee chairman When he retires after working for two years, 5,000 yen

(Injury and illness condolence money)
Article 4 If officers, etc. (excluding officer selection committee members) are hospitalized for two consecutive weeks or more due to injury or illness, an injury or illness condolence fee of 10,000 yen will be paid.
(Payment limit)
Article 5 If officers, etc. (excluding officer selection committee members) retire from the relevant position and continue to hold other positions, the provisions of Article 2 shall not apply.
(Flowers)
Article 6 When an officer dies, a flower offering will be given.

(Restrictions on residents' association activities)

Article 4 When the board of directors determines that a member stipulated in Article 5 of the Minamirinkan Seinan Residents'Association Covenant violates the Covenant or has significantly hindered the activities of the Residents' Association, the member concerned (hereinafter referred to as "the member"). The provisions of the preceding article apply mutatis mutandis to "members whose activities are restricted".
