July 1, 2nd year of Reiwa

Minamirinkan Southwest Neighborhood Association

To officers and committee members

Minamirinkan Southwest Neighborhood Association

Chairman Hiroaki Nagai

About future residents' association activities (Notice)

Thank you for your continued understanding and cooperation in the activities of the residents' association. The impact of preventing infection with the "new coronavirus" is beyond imagination, and I think that you are spending an uneasy day.

The impact is the same for community activities, and most of the activities have been suspended at the residents'association under the guidance of the government, etc., but with the cancellation of the state of emergency, we will proceed with the activities of the residents' association as follows. We will inform you as soon as possible.

1. Community [crime prevention] activities

Blue security patrol vehicle service resumed on Monday, June 8th, and regional security patrols resumed on June 16th. It is popular because it gives you a chance to return to your previous daily routine and gives you a sense of security.

2. [Radio exercises]

From June 2nd, except for rainy weather on Sundays and public holidays, we will be wearing masks and taking a distance at Minamirinkan No. 1 Park from 6:30.

3. Community [cleaning] activities

Cityscape cleaning is scheduled to resume as soon as the government gives an instruction to resume it.

* It is noticeable that disposable masks have fallen on the road. Be careful not to touch it with your hands, seal the garbage bag tightly, and wash and disinfect the garbage after throwing it away.

4. A place for senior citizens to interact [Southwest Salon]

We will contact the participants so far as soon as we are ready to secure a place, implement system, and respond closely.

5. [Southwest Autumn Festival]

It was scheduled to be held on Saturday, August 22nd, but unfortunately it was not in time for the start of preparations at this point, considering the measures taken by the participants and the lack of preparation period, etc. We have decided to cancel the event. While observing future trends in infectious diseases, we are considering whether we can hold some kind of exchange event by devising the time and method.

6. Use of local groups in the self-governing hall

The meeting room on the 2nd floor will resume use from July, so please apply to the hall administrator (Mr. Otoyo) using the usage application form. However, the meeting is limited to up to 8 people, and after the meeting, the person in charge should check the body temperature, physical condition, and contact information of all users, fill in the physical condition confirmation form, and report it to the manager. Please understand that we may not be able to meet your wishes in July, August and September due to the renovation work of the Autonomous Hall in September.

7. [Events held by regional cooperation organizations]

There will be contact from each organization, but there will be information such as the next event to be postponed.
(1) Cancellation of the Federation Autumn Festival scheduled for August 21st (Friday) to 22nd (Saturday) (2) Cancellation of the Minamirinkan Cultural Festival on October 25th (Sunday) (3) Youth sports competition and regional sports festival are under consideration.

In the future, there are concerns about the spread of infection again, and it may be necessary to suspend activities in accordance with administrative policies. When participating in the activity, each person should pay close attention to "avoid three squeeze", "wear a mask", "disinfect by hand washing", etc., and especially during the high temperature period, so that "wearing a mask" does not make you feel sick. Please replenish.

that's all
