Notice of "future residents' association activities"

Thank you for your continued understanding and cooperation in the activities of the residents' association.

Now, with the spread of the new coronavirus and the issuance of the "State of Emergency", members and officers are worried about situations that they have never experienced before. I think that he is living his daily life by refraining from going out and devising ways to keep up with his mental and physical strength.

We did not hold the ordinary general meeting of the residents'association in the first year of the Reiwa of our residents' association, and decided to make a written decision so as not to create three dense spaces (closed space, dense place, close scene) by attendance.

It is expected that all future activities of residents' associations will be handled in this way, so it is necessary to share information exchange and confirmation methods (means) among officers.

Therefore, please understand that we will proceed as follows as an immediate response.

1. 1. The monthly [Board Meeting] is not held , and the board meeting materials adjusted by the four board members (Chairman, Vice Chairman, Accounting, Auditor) are sent to all officers and committee members (by email to those who can handle emails). , For those who do not handle e-mail, we will deliver and distribute it (in writing).

If you have any questions after confirmation, please contact the chairman by email or phone.

Please do not hold a [committee] for each unit, but the commander will exchange information with the members by e-mail etc. and make adjustments.

2. 2. For the annual activity plan, prepare a schedule for sending it, and after the emergency is lifted, the commander will submit it to the chairman.

Please put it out.

3. 3. After the emergency is canceled, please follow the separate guidance to collect the membership fee by the new leader.

4. [Autumn Festival] will be decided at the board meeting in May. The same applies to the examination at the disaster prevention park and the examination of new floats.

5. After the emergency is lifted, please organize the affiliation of the new team leader at the district leaders' meeting so that there are no independents. After that, please show the list to each unit / unit.

6. [Use of the Autonomous Hall] prohibits multiple people from entering each room at the same time. Reservation acceptance will also be canceled, and will be announced separately after the emergency is canceled.

 

The annual activity plan and 2020 management system will be attached as soon as the 1st Board of Directors of Reiwa 2nd year, but please note that if there is any difference from the above, this will be given priority.
